CB-Solutions.net (we, us, our) and _____________________ (subscriber, you) agree to the following:

1. The subscriber certifies he or she is legally able to enter into contracts.
   
   
2. In the event a subscriber does not pay his fees CB-Solutions.net shall have the right to discontinue service. CB-Solutions.net shall have the right to delete all files, information and mail under the account.
   
   
3. The subscriber shall keep in a secure location copies of all data, information and material stored with CB-Solutions.net. CB-Solutions.net shall bear no liability for the loss or alteration of such data resulting from the failure of subscriber to maintain backup copies.
   
   
4. All services provided by CB-Solutions.net must be used for lawful purposes only. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CB-Solutions.net from any claims resulting from the use of services. The customer will ensure that its use of the Internet complies with all applicable federal, state and local law and regulation.
   
   
5. CB-Solutions.net reserves the right to suspend services to the subscriber at any time and for any reason with or without notice.
   
   
6. Charges for services under the agreement shall be in accordance with CB-Solutions.net's price schedule in effect at the time service is rendered. CB-Solutions.net shall have the right to change its price schedule on 30 days notice.
   
   
7. Pornography and sex- related materials as well as hate propaganda or multi-level marketing scams are NOT permitted on this system. CB-Solutions.net will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the provision.
   
   
8. The sending of unsolicited e-mail (Spam) from a CB-Solutions.net Server or using an e-mail address that is maintained on a CB-Solutions.net machine is strictly prohibited. CB-Solutions.net will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
   
   
9. There are no warranties or guarantees that you will receive your domain name choice.
   
   
10. There are no warranties, expressed or implied with respect to any all products and services. CB-Solutions.net shall not be held liable by any party for the content of the information, data and materials stored or transmitted through its systems and shall not be held liable by any party for such content. Neither CB-Solutions.net nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this service will be liable for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interpretation, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the delivery, use of, or inability to use CB-Solutions.net services, system, and or machines.

    The sole cumulative liability of CB-Solutions.net for any and all claims made by subscribers or any other party shall not exceed the fees and charges paid to CB-Solutions.net during the most recent one month period. This specifies subscribers and any other party’s sole monetary remedy.
    
    

11. CB-Solutions.net shall have the right to discontinue service if the subscriber, user, users or any party violates any part or any section of these terms. CB-Solutions.net will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these terms. CB-Solutions.net shall have the right to delete all files, information and mail under the account.
    
    
12. Subscribers are not permitted to resell web hosting services through their primary domain name.
    
    
13. This Agreement may be terminated by either party, without cause, by giving 30 days notice via mail, e-mail or fax. It is the subscriber responsibility to point his/her domain to another service provider upon termination, cancellation or discontinuation of service
    
    
14. No conditions other than those set forth in these Standard Terms shall be binding on CB-Solutions.net unless expressly agreed to in writing by CB-Solutions.net.
    
    
15. These Standard Terms, (a) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of California (and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of California); (b) may be amended only by a written agreement executed by an authorized representative of each party; and (c) constitute the complete and entire expression of the agreement between the parties, and shall supersede any and all other agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties.
    
    
16. Use of CB-Solutions.net services constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the agreement.
